Our goal is to make the return process as smooth and hassle-free as possible, should you need it.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. This gives you enough time to inspect your items and decide if they meet your needs. However, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in its original packaging to ensure it can be resold.
For hygiene reasons and to protect all our customers, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened or used. This includes individual components of DIY kits that may have been removed from their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
While we strive to accommodate all return requests, there are certain situations where we cannot accept returns:

- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

Return Process
If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:

Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. To ensure safe delivery of the returned item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You can expect to see the refund in your account within 5-7 business days, although this may vary depending on your payment provider.
Please remember that the original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Exchanges
We understand that sometimes you might love our products but need a different theme or color scheme. In such cases, we’re happy to offer exchanges. The process for exchanges is similar to our return process:

- We’ll guide you through the exchange process and help you select an alternative product.
- Ship the original, unused item back to us following the return process outlined above.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll ship out your exchange product.

Damaged or Defective Items
